Nytron i4040
Power electronics built into the machine
The Nytron i4040 pairs a compact silicon carbide power stage with flexible sensor and cooling interfaces. It is designed to drop into a wide range of drivetrain architectures rather than forcing integrators to design around it. It supports Encoder, Resolver, Hall, and Digital angle sensor interfaces out of the box. Integrators aren't locked into a single sensor topology. Dual CAN FD channels handle high-speed communication with the rest of the system, while onboard digital and analog I/O connect directly to auxiliary sensors and control signals without extra hardware. Cooling is flexible by design. Oil or water-glycol options let it adapt to different thermal architectures. The compact housing keeps footprint and weight to a minimum, a key factor wherever space and weight are constrained.
