[ AXIAL FLUX MACHINE ]

The axial flux motor

In an axial flux machine the magnetic flux runs parallel to the shaft instead of radially outward. The result is a short, disc-shaped motor with a very direct flux path — high torque density in a fraction of the axial length of a conventional radial motor.

We design the electromagnetics, the cooling circuit and the integrated silicon carbide power stage as one unit, verified through coupled electromagnetic and thermal simulation before any metal is cut.

Capabilities

Inverters

High-voltage silicon carbide power stages with integrated thermal management, designed to your interfaces.

Embedded Software

Motor control algorithms and safety-critical firmware, flexible on communication interfaces and system dynamics.

Electric Motors

Permanent magnet machines dimensioned around your torque, speed, length, diameter and housing constraints.

Driving electrification forward — with the environment in mind.

Integrated engineering

01 / DIAGNOSE

We start at the drawing board of your system and map the electromagnetic and thermal bottlenecks.

02 / ITERATE

Prototypes and simulation loops, adaptable when the specification changes midway.

03 / DELIVER

Production-grade documentation and support all the way from design into manufacturing.

“The axial flux motor: tomorrow's standard, built today.”

Our goal isn't to build an axial flux motor just for the luxury segment. We want to make the benefits of axial technology, including higher power density, better efficiency, lower weight, and direct-drive capability, accessible to more people, not just a handful of premium applications. And we do it at a competitive price.
